The size did not measure the same as the size guide chart. I selected M which was meant to be 38 Inc, item was 34 1/2 instead. Gave feedback as I wanted to return item, but then decided to Gift to my niece instead. Cost to return would have been too expensive.

The image shows layers at the bottom and is much fuller than the actual product. But it seems that the model is wearing a separate sharara that gives the full look and which is not included of course. So there is quite a difference in the image shown and the actual product and it's misleading. I found the product to be very overpriced.
