The product was damaged, because of the poor quality of packaging. Mirrow has deffinately a wide range of coustomer in the international market. If so, Mirrow need to improve the packaging quality to protect the goods during the shiping time. It is really so bad that every time I bye things from mirrow, there is a problem. Either the product is not evailable or the product is damaged. Also some time product if not same as it is in the picture. I feel so bad that I spend with the believe that Mirrow will serve me equivalent to the value of the money that I spend, but every time Mirrow fails. Is nit it important for Mirrow to maximize customer satisfaction, at least offering some refund or sending some other product as a token of apology to the customer?
