I asked for a replacement of product with a different model and the customer care said it was taken care, but when the order arrived the product was not replaced and when I contacted the customer care the reply I got from them is the replacement product I requested was not available and they sent the original product itself.I really didn’t understand then what is the point of having customer care for mirraw if they don’t know how to fulfill the customer needs
