I ordered two outfits and kept one and returned this on 12/4/24 I have a tracking order with Uk Royal Mail which has notified me that you have received this return back on the 22/4/24 yet every time I’m messaging your sales people they are TERRIBLE! They don’t answer my simple question of WHERES MY REFUND! I’ve sent pictures of my receipts of tracking from Royal Mail and my order details ! I’ve felt like I’m being ignored! This ISNT a good salesman and I’m feeling totally let down ! I’ve yet to leave a review on Facebook! Instagram but if this matter isn’t sorted I won’t be leaving a good review as I feel like I’m being ignored! It’s simple I’ve kept one outfit ! Returned another using Royal Mail first class Uk tracking services they’ve stated YOU have recipe my returned item on Monday 22nd April 2024 today is Friday 26th and your customer service people are incompetent!
