Pink Georgette Embroidered Zari Work Islamic Kaftans

I ordered fior 2 pink Kaftan and 2 red Kaftans were delivered to me!! Im appealed at your customer service and lack of attention to details because it smelt of fraud, why will you deliver red instead of pink??? This has totally messed me up as we need to use the kaftans this weekend and have nothing to use now. Worst part of this is you want me to pay for the return after you made a mistake and messed me up!! It’s such a shame, I thought your company was professional and ethical but obviously, you don’t care about delivering value or good service to your clients. Real shame.
