Golden Short Thin Box Chain18" With Heart Shape Pendant One Gram Gold

I was really looking forward to this necklace and had high expectations when it arrived. The design is beautiful, and the packaging looked nice. However, when I opened the box, I was disappointed to find that the pendant had already broken off the chain. It was lying loose inside the packaging. While the necklace itself is lovely, the quality of the assembly seems to be lacking. Unfortunately, I couldn’t wear it as intended right out of the box, which was a big letdown. Hoping for better durability or a replacement.
